Got rubber legs?

No ,I'm not talking about being double jointed.
I 'm talking about something call "Rubber Legs" that are used in Fly fishing tieing. They are little round strips of rubber in many different colors, very small diameter. They come in sheets, you sort of peel them apart, probably about six inches long. To visualize what they look like in a "sheet" think of a rubber running board cover on a 30's car. In fact I have used them for that on 1/25 cars , look fantastic! Also heater hose on 1/25 cars.
Now in the Railroad hobby ----- they are PERFECT for hoses like a garden hose. they come in different diameters so perhaps a fire hose as well. Radiator hose for our vehicles?
You can get them at any shop that sell fly tieing supplys, cost 2 3 dollars for a life time supply.
