Simple curtains & blinds

I went to the JC Penny's and Target Web sites and downloaded a bunch of pictures of curtains and blinds. Resized them in MS paint and printed them out on copy paper on my ink jet. Spray them with some clear coat to seal the ink and glue them to the inside of my windows with some clear water based glue. Pull down blinds are just plain old masking tape.

Cheap and EZ!

Great window treatments and so easy! Man, I was starting to collect pictures from magazines to use, but this technique is simpler yet!

Fantastic!

Target and Penny's are great sites to get the pics from. They're already close to the right size. I tried photo paper and card stock, but plain old copy paper worked the best. Gives them a nice 3D effect. Two layers of masking tape for the blinds worked better for lighting.
