We need a...

I believe there is something that we should have added to the forums.

We should have a Fallen Flag section for New York Central railroad and a section for Penn Central. Just a suggestion.

I'm open to that assuming we have enough interest in those sections.

NYC Fallen flag

I Join with the request for a informational NYC format.Man if you like 1st generation diesels or great ALCO Lima and Fairbanks Morse locomotives, yes Baldwin too The most often seen pictures of steam helping stalled Passenger trains are those powered by Baby face Baldwin diesels. The sharks were great and powerful;but would not MU with the Alco,or EMD's So crew needed for sharks to be in consists More labor cost There is more to remember and Model than to complain about. The American Railroads have truly made our nation great (even the Pennsy)

I would like to see a fallen flag for NYC. I have seen many pics of the NYC here in Cincinnati. It sounds like ese#51 could run with this & make a nice addition to TWP's Fallen Flag section.

It follows the same topic, though it has nothing to do with either the NYC or the PC.

I think we should also have a miscellaneous shortlines section. Things like the Kish Valley RR, the Poe Valley RR, and many of the thousands of shortlines that would be considered fallen flags.

A general narrow gauge section that posts about EBT, Tweetsie, Maine 2-footers, that RR that went under Chicago, and all of the other different narrow gauge lines that ran, and run throughout our country would be cool to.
