Milwaukee Road ballast cars

These ballast cars were parked on the siding in back of the feed mill where I work, this was last fall


heres one car by itself, you don't see to many of these anymore!


I will have to dig around and see what else I have!

That is cool ak-milw Nice looking hill side in the back ground to. I wounder if i can make a hill like that on my layout. I am going to be working on it.

I f you keep an eye on the post of tunnel City in the HO forum I will soon be building a hill like that out of foam board.

Morning all,
Excellent photos, ANDY. I have a scene on my layout that looks a lot like the hill in the background. I used ceiling tile broken up and incorperated into the foam and plaster. Once detailed with a few trees, ground foam, and dirt, it looked pertty good.

I have used the ceiling tile method myself in a few spots and it does make nice looking strata rocks!
