Revolutionary New Atlas Quarterly All Scales Catalog Released

The new Atlas Quarterly All Scales Catalog is now available! Covering October through December 2007, this 110-page, comprehensive full-color catalog combines all Atlas scales – HO, N, O and O-27 Industrial Rail™ - in one convenient publication. Best of all, Atlas is offering a subscription to the entire four-issue 2008 catalog run free of charge, but you must subscribe online, or via the postcard in the current issue to be eligible.

Inside, you’ll find:

• Order forms & deadlines
• Monthly product announcements
• Hobby store arrival schedules
• Pricing and product highlights
• Authorized Atlas Hobby Stores listed alphabetically
• Track, structures and accessories listed in the order form pages

Catalogs will be produced more frequently, making it easier for consumers, dealers and distributors to monitor and order their items. Scales will take turns dominating the cover. This issue features an O-27 Industrial Rail™ layout by Vic Roseman depicting a rejuvenated New Orleans welcoming an Industrial Rail™ 4-4-2 Atlantic Steam Locomotive and the New Orleans Trolley.

Said Atlas CEO Thomas W. Haedrich of the new catalog, “Together with our upgraded and expanded International Store Locator and A-Z Shipping Schedule, Atlas consumers will now have unparalleled information about, and access to their favorite Atlas products.”

The new format is also more economical, allowing Atlas to expand distribution while maintaining production and print costs. Observant readers may notice a little “in joke” on our new cover honoring New Orleans. The restaurant sign reads, “Creole Cusine.” While some may think we’ve turned off our Spell Check, this spelling comes directly from our CEO, Tom Haedrich, and his slightly wicked sense of humor.

“I’ve always been told you can do whatever you want on your own module and this is my module,” Tom said. “Creole Cusine is my fantasy restaurant in New Orleans that…Specializes in food so hot, you feel like cussin.”
