If at first you don't succeed...
One of the best things I love about digital cameras is you can see what you got, and dump the pic if it stinks! I would have to say I delete or after I've downloaded pictures, there must be at least a 40% dump rate. The screen on the back sometimes fools me on the clarity of the picture.
I'm REALLY glad we aren't stuck with the film cameras, where you shoot the pics, send in the film, wait a week, and see you had your thumb in front of the shutter for all of the pics!! I just wish I could get the thing to shoot faster, especially when I'm trying to get a train rolling past!
Now if I had a bigger computer loaded with the latest version of PhotoShop, and a $1000 camera, I could make anyone's layout look like it belonged in MRR!!
Ummm, Dear? About Christmas...

AK-MILW that me I had an old 35mm camera it took me about 5 years to learn how to work it so I figure I steel 3more years at this one besides I'd rather run trains or work at it.

Just be a picture-taking fool!!
When you see, or set up your shot, try different angles, zoom in, and try the different settings on the thing. Just make a mental note on what works.
I found I don't need the flash at all, and I most often just use the close up feature on the camera. It's the background lighting that I'm still trying to figure a better way to go with!

Thanks, Andy. I decorated it with that possibility in mind. It's up to the boss whether or not he wants another traveling car out there.

I think Catt and a few others were talking about a N scale car. I am sure this one will do just fine.
