Well here it is guys (as far as I've gotten on it)
this is starting at the left in the yard and Crew quarters above
the next is slightly up hill heading for the saw mill and landing
this next shot shows the 4% climb up to the Granite creek trestle
and lastly the back side of the landing showing the tunnel off the back end
The track is all code 70ME soldered to pc board to hold it in guage and then spiked. track is done from the landing back to just over the trestle.now I'm waiting for more spikes to arrive. The layout is 18' on the long side with two 8' ends
Looking good Daryl,my 0n30 layout is still in the planning stage except for it's location and size.It will be in a 10'6"x 8'6" room at a height of 65" from the floor.
The reason for this is a HO switching layout at 40" from the floor.
Daryl, my friend, this layout looks like it's gonna be just DELUXE
You've got this thing all thought out, and the benchwork and layout look like they'll keep you busy for awhile. If you keep up the level of what you already have, throughout the process, we'll be seeing this on the pages of one of those RR mag rags!
Your work area looks like mine! "Mad Scientist At Work!!
Ain't it great??
