Here are my 2 On30 crusty critters. The 0-4-0 is the Bachmann Davenport with a few addon parts from Boulder Valley Models. The other crusty critter started life as a GE 70-ton HO scale loco from Bachmann (DCC equipped), a bunch of Evergreen styrene and an On30 cab kit from BVM (great stuff!!!). I followed the basic instructions that came with the BVM cab conversion to build my 35-ton critter. I removed and tossed the Bachmann weight and DCC PC board and added a Soundtraxx sound decoder and 1" speaker with a baffle chamber (full cab here). Cool sound - EMD 1st generation with Canadian airhorns. I have mine set to a single airhorn.

I still have some finishing touches but well worth the effort.

I hope my 2 images upload - I have attached them but have had some problems in the past - if they are not visible, someone please give me a "heads-up" helping hand!
