Cool Locomotive projects

Thought I would start a thread about locomotive projects. Some of these will be finished projects, some will be longtime projects, and some will be never gonna finish that sucker projects.

Concider this an open invitation to comment on mine or to post pics of yours.

The first one I'm going to post is my GP10 project. This omne has an ATLAS GP 7 body and walkway with a chopped short hood and a SD26 (ATLAS) cab. It is setting on a LL GP20 frame because there is no need to modifly it.I may rework the ATLAS mech some day just to keep it all ATLAS.

Heres an HO Scale SD60M project I'm currently working on. I took an Railpower shell and a Athearn Sd40t-2 frame and shaved down the sides to accomadate the wide cab. The fit afterwards is great! I already fitted this unit with an Lenz LE1000W DCC decoder. Now just gotta paint, decal, and detail this unit. Will update the pics when I have accomplished that.
