Well I got a little more done today, not very much but a little but forgot to take my camera out to the shed with me. Very true Steve you have to have a messy bench to know what to do nest and to have everything handy so you don't forget what you wanted to do going off chasing the parts you need. Us messeers are true artists.
Well everyone I was gone for 30 days visiting my kids, grandkids and greatgrandkids but now I am back and ready to get back to work on my mess. I did a little on the layout a couple of days ago. I had to redo my track plan so I am getting more space for a larger layout and have started redoing a small portion of the track to accomodate the changes. Will post some pics in a day or two.
Here is the pics I promised TM so now everybody can see what I have been up tp0 on my layout. This sheet will go into the area around Willard and Moutainair NM

the layout has been expanded tp run from Amarillo to the Raton pass via the great cities of Willard, pop 11, Mountainair, pop 970, Belen, pop 4100, Albuquerque, Lamy, Las Vegas and then Raton and the pass. More later got to eat.
