For this particular forum, if you go here

Lenz DCC Support - The Whistle Post - Model Railroad Forum

there should be a New Thread button towards the upper left side.

You can start a new thread on any forum by going here:

The Whistle Post - Model Railroad Forum - Powered by vBulletin

then clicking on a forum and doing the same as above.

Hope that helps

Headlights flicker

I have an older Atlas/Kato HO F3. with the olderer light board, which made putting the decoder in easier! I installed a Lenz L103 decoder in it and all is fine, 'cept the headlight flickers while running, but the loco runs smooth as silk! All my other installs, the headlights are on, no flicker. The solder is strong, wheels clean, can't figure this out?
