OK Guy's,
We are off and running again with the next section of the layout.
This section will be about 3 1/2 feet long by 2 foot wide, it will mainly be a scene block between Tomah and Camp Douglas. The scene will consist of a gas station scene, a small logging scene, and a few bluffs covered in trees and rock faces and if I have room the stone and wood pavillion that is there.
I have finished the framing on the wall and put in a benchwork support in the corner.
next we will glue down the 1 1/2 inch foamboard.

Hey Andy, have you posted the track plan for this? Or do you lay it out as you go? Its a little hard for me to visualize the layout without seeing the plan.

SDKid, I don't have a whole layout track plan posted, it is to big, This section isn't alot of track, just a double track main coming across at an angle. When I get to a section with turnouts and sidings I post a plan in the track plan section. There is a plan in there for the Tomah yard. Most of it is stuck in my head anyways!!

The last time I was in the local Dollar Store I ran across latex caulk ,four tubes for a buck, real cheap stuff but ok for this purpose. I grabbed a few white and a few brown. I use this to fill in the seam when I put two panels together.

SD,
I started at one end and I am moving around in order, town to town. These are all real places so it isn't to hard to know the order.
