nelp with program track

I need someone with more smarts then me to help me . I'm trying to use a sideing for a program track what i want todo is beable to run the engine on to the sideing throw an toggle switch program the engine then throw the toggle an run the engine back on the main . I have a chief system with a td400 . [digatrax].really

I new there was someone out there that was smarter then me thanks talldude .I looked everywere but there for the answer. I been programing on my zypher at my work bench tell my wife got me this BLI blueline an for some reason it won't program with my zypher without a [powerpax] booster. I'm tried of removing all my engine off the layout.
