Walthers is coming out with the 1952 Twin Cities Hiawatha passenger train. two E7 engines and ten cars, Mail car,two coaches, two baggage, full dome car, lounge car, dinner car, parlor car and on the end the Cedar Rapids Skytop car. They average about $45 a car and the first one is out in November. Time to start saving your dollars!!

I just wish I could afford the advanced order, but it's over $400. I probably won't get the engines from Walters, think I will go with a Stewart or Kato but I will be getting all of the cars each month when they come out!!

I have been getting them on E-Bay from a guy in Illinois for $34 apiece. I just ordered the lounge car yesterday.

Well just like Walthers, the two most important cars of the set and they will be held up. They were due in July and August, now it will be October and November. The Cedar Rapids opservation car and the full dome car. Oh well nothing to do but wait I guess.

Well I finally got the whole set minus the engines. There is no way I can afford two of those. I will post some pictures of the cars when I get up enough ambition to take all ten out of thier boxes at once!!!!
