20-0-20vdc panel meter

i'm trying to locate a n.j. international model #8360 20-0-20vdc analog zero center panel meter. it was described in the april 2001 issue of model railroader magazine by terry mathys. i hope someone out there can steer me in the right direction so that i can purchase it.
