I just got an email from a mom who bought one of these for her kid for Christmas and it didn't have instructions with it.. anyone have a copy of the instruction sheet laying around?

There are no flanges, it runs on rubber tires underneath. If you look at the still shot at the end of the video you can see them. Get a train like that and you don't need to build bridges.
