Its the Weekend! January 19-21, what are your plans?
So here we are at another weekend. What are your plans for your layout?
I will be spending another weekend at the model RR club for our last weekend of our annual open house. The open house is our major fundraiser for the year. We usually average 1400-1500 people a weekend.
Installing new signal light system from Atlas on RR...curious TD..does your club have a signal system?..if so who's? and how is it controlled?...have a good weekend Tom

We're planning on putting signalling on the HO layout, khe club is leaning toward using the digitrax stuff mainly because we need B and O signals We're have 100% decided yet.
Of course then there is the money issue as it is a HUGE layout and will be quite costly.
See if the new gear ratio change I did on my heli is gonna make me happy or not.

Heh.. it was supposed to be TRAIN related not heli related. You need to go get some N Scale stuff like you've been talking about.
LOL You didnt specify it had to be train related ok train related I am sure I will get stuck waiting on it to go past on my way to the field lol. I am sure I will in time trying to decide on what I want to do and how and where. I could do a lot on my shop but its to dang cold out there in the winter.
Well lets see what am I going to do this weekend thats mrr related? hmmm,oh yeah now I remember I'm going to putter with the home layout some more run a train on the 2TRAK at club ,maybe even get the TTRAK set back up for a couple of weeks.
I really should get some kits put together or at least started but I'm just not in the mood for it.
We are finally getting some snow.I'm no fan of the white stuff but it beats the hell outta seeing rain for a month straight.

Tomorrow, me and a group of people are gonna go hiking around Pine Mountain, FDR, in Warm Springs GA. Last time we went, we took a tour of Franklin D. Roosevelt's house, and his Ginormous property, And eat lunch his favorite spot to cook out. Went inside an ex-SAL pullman car now a store and restruant, and named the "The Last Train To Casa" and somethin after that. So I'll tell everyone how it went and what I saw. Maybe post a picture or two.
Well haven't made up my mind yet. May just decide to start on my small layout. I don't have enough track to even start on my larger layout but I do have enough to build my small layout so guess that is what I'll do.
