[Eastern Roads]

I don't know about you, but when I look at these wreck shots, I look pretty hard at the cabs of the engines, wondering what they were doing/thinking when everything started to fall apart! Your pic with the rail shoved into the cab is pretty bad, I wonder if the Conductor was sitting on that side and if he lived!

The pic I found had to be outright horrifying if that engine on it's side was the lead locomotive. There's some remains of another engine above it with the engine cowling torn off, that may have been the lead.

Imagine riding along, and then the thing jumps the tracks, and the other two or three engines start piling up over top, and you see the dirt coming in!

Someone got some combat fatigue time for these rides to the Amusement Park! How could a crew climb in and do it again??
