Get Rusty!!
Oh, we're going off the scale with the rust effects now!! Here's a view of the newest old industry on the PHCRR, Persad's Paint & Chemicals, a rather rundown piece of real estate along the tracks!
I used a combination of Rustall, and a mix of Burnt Sienna paint from a tube mixed with Isopropyl Alcohol (rubbing alcohol) at about an 8:1 ratio. I used a paint pen on the rail, and dumped a bunch of the wash on the railbed, and washed over the tanks and piping to the building across the tracks.
